The Loan NOW Fax Software System is designed to effectively eliminate paper faxes and the need for expensive office supplies and equipment.  The system also works to automate the process of sending and receiving faxes.  Incoming faxes are better secured, managed and filed as a result of the system. Incoming faxes are received and dropped into folders by Agent phone number.  If Agents share a number, they are able to pick their faxes from the Inbox and drop them into the target folder, matching the file name of the sender.   Items dropped into the folder are checked off the list of documents as they arrive, and notifications and alerts are automatically generated for loan processors and others that are affected by these documents.  For example:  An Appraisal is being done for a borrower.  When it is received the processors are sent notifications that the document arrived and they are able to view the appraisal.  The system then creates tasks based on the actions necessary to close the loan.
