The Loan NOW Instant Messenger System provides a real-time communication platform including Voice and Text. In addition to Messaging, the system indicates the availability of users. If they are logged into the system, they are indicated with a blue icon. A green icon indicates they a User is logged into Loan NOW and the Telephony component, enabling the voice chat feature. The Telephony system Users will have an additional red phone icon when they are busy on a call, or in a loan. All those within the organization not logged in, are shown as grayed out icons. The organizational structure within the Messenger sorts by Department and keeps the right people at your fingertips. The Messenger system has Training Features to enable coaching and mentoring. Within a phone call, Managers can listen in and Coach or ‘Whisper’ during the call. Only the Agent can hear their whisper comments. Other features include Request for assistance and easy call transfers. ![]() |
