Loan NOW  Telephony Services provide for the customization of call center features and training to use your new phone system.  The telephone system within Loan NOW  is intuitive and simple to use. Training and consulting services are recommended to get the most out of it.

Telephony Feature Customization

Loan NOW  Telephony features can be customized to fit your organization.   One example is to set up the phone system allowing only Manager’s, not Agents, to see the phone numbers of files.  The only way to call a borrower is through the telephony system, limiting side-deals or business walking down the street.  Other ways to set up the system for your organization include building in your Messenger contacts.  Telephony features are accessed through this multi-media gateway.  The Messenger system organizational structure is set up to reflect your businesses departments at a glance, helping to let staff know who to call for issues.  When a new employee joins the organization, simply let us know the Title and Department of the new person and we can set them up at the time an additional license is issued.  For those leaving the company, it is just a couple of clicks to turn off their access to the system, giving you peace of mind and protecting the files.

Outbound Dialer

Loan NOW  features an outbound dialer capable of ‘Power Dialing’ leads in a telephone marketing campaign.  This dialer can be set up to dial 1 line at a time per Agent or up to 3 lines per Agent.  This helps keep Agents talking to prospects.  If 3 calls are in progress and one connects, the line is immediately connected to the Agent, and the other two are disconnected.  For these campaigns, Loan NOW  has Scripts available to assist in selling the programs.

IVR Solutions

IVR or Interactive Voice Response is a telephony technology in which a touch-tone telephone is used to interact with a database.  Loan NOW  includes an outbound IVR component which enables automated calls to potential customers.  Upon the call connecting, one of two recorded .wav files play, depending on whether the phone is answered or hits voice mail.  The message played when a person answers informs them of the calls objective and asks them to press ‘1’ to speak to an Agent (if interested).  Another message plays for calls, not answered by someone, which invites them to call back.  This outbound IVR campaign is typically not used as the primary form of marketing products and services, but it can be an effective low-cost alternative method working in combination with other campaigns. Closed First offers services to set up these outbound IVR campaigns.  From providing the lead lists and setting up the dialers, to scripting and recording the message files.

 
Call Recording and File Storage
 
Loan NOW  automatically records all telephone calls made from within each loan file and keeps them organized for easy retrieval.  These recorded files can be sent via e-mail or left in the Loan NOW  system.  The recordings are kept with the file for the time required to remain in compliance and protect from auditing.  If files are needed beyond the compliance requirements, Closed First offers storage services or disks can be made and sent to your organization.
